Removing/Deleting Old Devices on Quantum Gateway router

How do I completely remove devices from my Quantum Gateway router.  I no longer use the devices and would like them gone from my network.  The devices aren't connected but still show in my network.  Thank you.

Quickest way is just restart the router. However those ghost entries are causing no issues.
