My service went out last night at 9pm

Why was there no one to answer my calls last night or this morning.

Is there really anyone working and if not why wasn't I told this and just left to hang on.

That's crazy. I've hd good luck calling at night and during the day. Mon are busier than other days obviously for any business but eventually they picked up. Try the chat option under the support > contact us link or call 888-553-1555. That's the number I call to get through

Welcome to FIOS. I held on the line once for an hour and a half at midnight. When I told the tech how long I was waiting he was rude and told me that I was lying then told me to unplug all connectons from my cable box and plug them back in and then he hung up the phone prior to me saying everything was okay.

For how solid the FIOS service is and how friendly their home techs are, I'm surprised their customer service is so awful. Maybe it's the two year contract.
