Hello all, i am a new customer with verizion and just signed up 3 days ago through the website and everything was easy i ordered the double play bundle (internet+homephone) and soon after got a email to confirm it.. now the part i am not so sure about is i was given an installation date of 6/20, and it says on the email im getting a kit in the mail??.. now maybe im from the old school but i thought they had someone come to set it up.. i mean i dont mind diy but i need to kno either way because i wont be home that day and ill have to have my son stay there if it requires a tech.. if anyone knows how the self install works pls let me kno id really appreciatte it!!
