Setting up high speed internet

Our Verizon high speed internet was activated and set to begin yesterday (9/5). An agent was supposed to come to our home yesterday, but they did not show up and Verizon customer service had no explanation.
We were able to set it up and connect, but no webpages are loading from a laptop or mobile device. After multiple calls with customer service, it was set to begin at midnight but still is not working. Please let us know how to contact a Verizon agent to get this issue sorted out as we require at-home wifi for work.
