Slow internet

I'm paying for 75/75 internet speed but data streams at 29/33.  I have only one laptop and speeds were much faster in previous years.  When I run Verizon's speed test, it comes up at 75/75 so they will not recognize the other non-biased rate.  I just want what I'm paying for.  Advice?

You are posting in the wrong forum.  High speed internet mean DSL not FIOS.

If you are getting 75/75 or better via the speedtest, that's all the guarantee.  Problem may be the protocol you are using for your data streams or lots of other things.  And it could be the problem with some other NON-Verizon network that you go through to reach whatever site you are using.  There some detailed suggested posted in the Internet forum especially for Wi-Fi users.
