I have an issue with my upload speed being extremely slow. I run the speed test, and my download speeds are consistently 50+ Mbps, but my uploads are around 1 Mbps. Ive been on the phone with tech support multiple times and the problem is never resolved, getting fed up with calling and no idea what to do at this point.

I'm in the same boat, in central MA. 20-30Mbps download but upload speeds as low as 100kbps. Verizon's own speed test times out!
I did see in your posting this warning: "Duplex mismatch condition found: Host set to Full and Switch set to Half duplex"
Check your network adapter settings vs. your router settings.
Yea sometimes when i run it, that shows up and sometimes it says duplex is fine. I dont understand why, its set to auto detect on my end.
