Speed of DL"S

I have the 3meg service from you guys,the fastest speed i have seen for a DL so far is 400KB care to tell me why that is????????? This is Big load of **bleep** on your end if the best i can get is 400mb Dl speed i will not be with you long...

Can you provide a Speed Test for us to see? The 3Mbps service will test at about 2900kbps download, which equates to about 360KB/s of download. Once we prove that your speed is where it should be, we can see if it's possible to get a higher speed. The new package system Verizon has would technically qualify you for up to 15Mbps if your line can support it, along with the equipment on Verizon's end.
