Over a week of consistant drops of DNS server. Complete loss of connectivity.

If you think it's a DNS issue, you're free to use other servers. Use 4.2.2.1, 4.2.2.2 and/or 4.2.2.3 as your DNS servers, configuring them in your Network Card's TCP/IP Settings (found in the Device Manager under the Network Adapter's Properties). Otherwise, please describe to us what the issue is in detail so we can better assist you.
