Each time I log in to view my email Fire Fox tells me that Verizon wants to set another cookie. I am now up to 74!
Is that correct/possible?
If I don't allow the cookie I can't log on. Many virus scans show negitive.
Thanks.

75 cookies relating to Verizon's website alone or just every cookie that Firefox has ever corrected? Verizon's website requires the use of a cookie for login, so you need to allow it but if it's setting 75 individual cookies, something doesn't sound right to m.

Having not cleared my browser cookies in a few weeks, I can safely say that in terms of individual cookies, I've probably accumulated close to 40-50 cookies. That is all from visits to this forum, visits to the MyVerizon site, the Verizon home page, and a few other Verizon websites. But by no means do I have 70 cookies. It's still kind of vauge to me on how many cookies your browser is setting when you visit a Verizon website, But I'd have to say it's normal, and there isn't too much to worry about.

Thanks for the help. It seems odd to me and it just started doing it after several years of use.
