Trying to watch the NFL game

On nfl.com it says to sign in to FIOS to watch the game (Saturday, 12/19/15). I choose my provider, enter my username etc. click sign in to FIOS - and it takes me to a page that says I need to order FIOS!

I have gone around and around - signed into FIOS first, the tried to go back to nfl.com. Had both windows open at once. I cleared my cache. Nothing working.

Customer support is blaming it in nfl, but it's a FIOS issue. Anyone have a similare problem/solution?

Do you subscribe to FiOS TV with the appropriate NFL channels in your lineup?
