Upgrade Firmware 7500

I'm trying to upgrade my firmware on a Versalink 7500 provided by Verizon.  The firmware version is 5.01.00.05.  The VZ Home agent won't run.  Modemupgrade.exe won't run.  The SW update page doesn't have a clickable button for a 7500.  Has anybody done this?
