Does anyone have a problem with how long it takes for the virus scan to finish? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the mcaffe virus program and it still takes 12 hours or more for the scan to finish. I never had this problem when we had Cox.

A virus scan shouldn't take any more than a few hours to complete unless you are doing a very in-depth scan (custom scan). Did Cox provide an Anti-virus install, and before you installed VISS, did you remove the old software?
