Verizon Mifi 2200

Hi I think I have a verizon mifi 2200.  I bought it second hand, and it had worked fine up until this week when the service in my area was interrupted.  Now I can't go online with it with my iPod Touch or my laptop.  I have tried removing the battery, and also reseting the device but none of those things have worked.

oh yeah just a note, the service for my regular wireless internet has been restored...
