Verizon Toolbar

I keep downloading Verizon toolbar but it keeps disappearing. What do I need to do to prevent this. I have Windows Vista, using I.E. 7. Please advise. Thank You.

mrB, we're sorry that you're having trouble with our toolbar.  I'd like you to take a look at the menu bar towards the top of your browser window.  You will see an option for 'View', its a drop down menu.  The top selection is 'Toolbars', click on that, ensure the Verizon toolbar shows as an option.  You should be able to select it at this point, that will place a check mark beside it.  Next you'll want to lock the toolbars.  Go back into the 'View' menu, select 'Toolbars', then select 'Lock the Toolbars'.  That should resolve your issue.  Please come back into the Forums and let us know if it does resolve your issue, or if there is something else going on.~Ian
