Verizon telephone service management

After spending in excess of an hour speaking to 5 or 6 service representative about a website related issue I found that not one of them could research my problem. Where is the management of this company when a simple question could not be effectively resolved. I would like to indicate a problem is with the lack of training of the representatives and the incompetence of Senior Verizon Management.
