Vz In-Home Agent Freezes and or takes 15-20 min. to load.

In-Home Agent takes forever everytime to load. 15 min. If click on screen while loading it freezes!

Goes though Loading Pg1---twice;  the picture package forever. as if a re-install (Down loading all the files over again.)

These file are already in directories.

Un-installed re-installed still doesn't work.

Worked once, speed test show Down/Up load   .02/.3---saposed to be 15/5.

Reset router went to 15/2.

Having speed problems but NOT my PC.

Previos speed test worked but can't find it anywhere on your site!

Par for the course.  <sigh>

When the tech was here and he first installed Vz Agent it took him a long time waiting for it to behave.  When he complained about the going being so slow, I thought he meant my computer.  (I keep it overclocked and well maintained, as I like it to perform snappily.)  I said something about him having me worried and he said, "No, it's fine (my 'puter).  It's just Verizon that's being slow going here."
