WATCH FIOS TV has stopped working! Multiple Channels

HEAR ME!!!!  HEAR ME NOW!!!!

Life has been going great. Been able to watch lots of channels via WATCH LIVE on home PC. Past week - zip! Verizon making us to offline to CNNgo  DisneyGO and others. Only doesn't work!!!!!!  Get "little black tv screen" where video should go, hour glass rotating, and then too many redirects regardless of what channel I enter. Have tried with 10 different channels. STOP screwing us and fix it VERIZON! Tired of paying $hundreds each month for a crap product and NO support.
