WCB3000N Wireless Extender won't connect to 5G

Verizon provided me with a WiFi extender for my bedroom. It was working fine until I had to unplug it temporarily. Now it won't connect to 5G. The 2.4Ghz is up and running fine. I tried to reset the extender but that didn't work. I also reset router but that didn't help.
