The Westell 7500 should have firmware found here: http://www22.verizon.com/ResidentialHelp/HighSpeed/Troubleshooting/Network/FirmwareUpgrade/123451.ht...
Doesn't seem any links exist, though. Verizon should be applying firmware upgrades to the modems automatically through the network, so if it's working fine, I would leave it alone.
