Whenever I reset my internet it automatically Turns back off

Verizon Internet has been screwing me over , I have two xbox's which are the only things that are ever connected to the Internet and whenever they are both on , the connection is HORRIBLE, and when I mean horrible it's horrible. Now as of today , after every time I reset my internet it turns off 2 minutes later , I just don't know what to do , can someone please help me ?

Would you be able to do some testing from a Laptop/Desktop PC?

Also, as the other poster stated, are you getting any error lights on the router?
