Why does Verizon think...

Why does Verizon think it's acceptable to NOT repair a line that came down in the street for over 24 hours? All the Verizon customers on my street have no Internet, TV or PHONE service.   Came down around 1 this afternoon. Neighbor called Customer service.  They said they wouldn't be out for TWO days.  She protested, and they said tomorrow at 230.

NO, Verizon!!!  My children have homework that has to be done, on their school issued devices, and turned in on those devices this evening.  They can't do that without Internet!!  Get out here and fix it, NOW!!
