Wireless printer

Wireless printer worked fine. Live Chat helped me connect another laptop but now the printer doesn't work.  Any suggestions?

Is the problem on one or both computers?

Are the computers connected wired or wireless?

Have you tried switching the connection type to see if that makes a difference?

What brand is your printer?

Wireless printers can be a pain  so the more info you provide, the easier it will be for us to try and help.
