I have been trying to get Fios set-up for my residence for almost a month now. I have called 9 different agents, all of which tell me the same thing. "The engineering group will be out in the next day or two to complete the set-up." I am now going on week 4 of not having anything completed and Verizon cancelled my original order because it was taking them too long. I want this post to be a warning for all potential customers of Verizon Fios, their customer service is worse than Comcast. They may be a pain but at least they will fix the issue in a timely manner, unlike Verizon.
