Given the network name, it sounds like you're running one of the older ActionTec routers. May we know what model / revision it is? This information should be printed on the sticker found at the bottom of the router. A quick way to tell your router model is whether it is pill shaped and has a red band. This would be the ActionTec MI424WR Rev. I.
