dont understand my new bill

I got 25/25 plan, and my bill was $30 for each month.Besides, I have changed to 75/75 plan for 2 weeks, and it said my bill will be $50 for each month. Today my new bill is available. Surpringly, it's $184 instead of $50. So i saw the details of my bill... and i didnt understand what is "your One-Time activities" which charged $112. Can someone explain to me? and can i cancel it?

My suggestion is to contact billing or customer support to have them go over the issues with you.

They charged you one time fees to change your plan.
