getting MTU error when connecting with XBOX360

Hello,

I've been trying to connect the console to xboxlive without luck.

This used to work before, a couple of months Ago I got switched the router.

I 've have congifured port forwarding even thou this was not needed in the past and still no luck. All other devices can connect to the internet and I can even VPN to my office except to xboxlive with the console.

I did another test, using my phone as a hot spot , the console was able to reach xbox live, this makes me think there is somthing blocking it in verizon, has any body seem somthing like this?
