Is anyone else having trouble with customer service showing up? Sadly, my mother scheduled a service appointment, but after sitting at home all day, no one showed up. When she called the number Verizon customer service gave her, she was informed that the appointment was cancelled. She asked who had cancelled the appointment and the rep couldn't tell her. The appointment was rescheduled for 7:00 last night and again no one showed up. She called again and was told she never answered her phone. She informed the rep that she never received a call because she checked her caller ID. The rep went on to tell her that the service person was there and fixed the issue from the outside. The problem has not been fixed. She has gone without her internet for two weeks which is unacceptable considering the amount she pays for her phone, TV, Internet and cell phone! We are very disappointed.
Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board. you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information.
To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
