how long will it take for verizon to upgrade internet?

i just upgraded from .5 to 1 mbps to the  1.1 to 3mbps through the phone. the lady said tommorow. but i dont know at what time so that i can let my brother know.

There is typically no set time when upgrades are processed. Often in my area speed adjustments are pushed overnight during the maintenance periods (~2AM). Speed upgrades can however be pushed on the spot, but for some reason that doesn't seem to be possible, possibly due to the Billing System or maintenance checks.
