Hello i just letter today stating i can finialy get verizon highspeed at my home but when i checked the site it says its not available at my home . Could the site be slow to update the address?

It's possible the database the website uses is still behind. Give Verizon a call and see if the reps say it's available. If not, see if they can put a ticket in through Engineering to see if it really is available or not.
