No. I have been able to stream Netflix on both my TV and Laptop with no issues. I do notice that sometimes Netflix and even my Apple TV will hit a wall every couple weeks for an hour and have issues streaming. 

Normally I just reset the router and device I am trying to stream on and it works great.
