When I try to open my saved games from games on demand, I receive the message "login operation has failed to connect go online to customer support".  Any ideas what is wrong?  Customer support online is a joke.

If you can log in at the games on demand website http://games.verizon.com then it's going to be a problem where something is blocking you.  Maybe a firewall.   You will want to check your firewall exceptions list for the games on demand program and then Do a FULL allow on it.   OR disable the firewall and test the program to see if it comes on.  

If you can't log in at that games.verizon.com website then you'll want to reset your password.  This should be the same password for your FiOS Email and account.

Can't login to games on demand. I tried calling verizon. First they said it was because of the storm. We don't live near the area the storm hit plus other players are playing. When I tried again, they connected me to a specialist who said it was my computer and tried to get me to start a subscription for $14.99/month to be able to look at and fix my computer. I don't think its my computer because when I go to the help page or any page dealing with games on demand, I get  "page not found" Error http 404 which is the games site itself not my computer. Does anybody have any suggestions  on how to fix this?

I'm sorry I don't have a suggestion.  I've been on the phone with Verizon off and on all evening and have not been able to talk to a person.  Is this because Verizon Games server is in storm affected area?  I have no idea.  No information anywhere.  So frustrated.

Me too.

I live in So. California and I am having trouble logging into Verizon Games on Demand.  It says my login failed.  When I go to the "Help" drop down box and click on "Customer Support"  it brings up a web page that says "Apache Tomcat/6.0.26".

HELLO Verizon....is anybody awake.   Has your security measures failed?   Has the game center been breached and/or hacked and your security down for the count?

For the money I pay as well as the rest of your paying customers, we expect better service than this.
