Store Manager ({edited for privacy} was very rude and won't stand by employees deal that was given to me and my wife.   I said that I will talk to the Regional Manager and was told that he doesn't care who I talk to.  Talk to the Regional Manager {edited for privacy} and told me that he'll check into it and will get back to me but I haven't heard from him as of today 02/01/13.  I would like for someone to get in touch with my husband and let him know

what's going on and give me an answer on why I have to be treated the way I was treated.  You can call him at
