slow gigabyte

i have the gigabyte internet plan. everything i try to DL, takes awhile, yet their pages says it is pretty much instant. Going to websites is slow.

Why is that?

have them troubleshoot the issue.

Need some more information on your setup to get a full picture.

Wired or Wireless?

Specs of your computer?

What router?

Are you absolutely using Ethernet between your ONT and your router?

Is Parental Controls enabled in your router?
