i have been trouble getting into the internet. Everytime i try to go on it keep saying "internet explorer cannot display the webpage. I have call verizon try everything as the person had say but nothing work. I even try to do file restore to go back but nothing change. I went back from july and june but it still reming the same is my computer broken need to be fix or what. my laptop working find no problem except for my desktop.
sounds like you have no internet connection.
try running cmd then typing ing ipconfig and make sure the ip address returned is a valid one.
if not the try entering http://192.168.1.1 in your browser address line and log on to your router. then make surre it has a wan address.
