If you're talking about the Wi-Fi while on the go, if you pay for the Enhanced DSL service (the faster one of the two) there is no charge for Wi-Fi hotspots that are serviced by Boingo.
If you're talking about Wi-FI for the home, the Wi-Fi is free if your modem includes built-in Wi-FI. If it doesn't (if you have a Westell 6100 modem for example), you can either purchase an inexpensive Wi-Fi router or ask Verizon to send a Gateway to you. Most of the time they will be willing to do a modem swap, especially if you have an end of life modem.
