Can't Hear Fios Sound on Bluetooth Headset

Hi,

I have the following set-up:

Fios TV connected to Sony Bravia TV via HDMI.  TV is then connected to Sony Sound Bar via HDMI ARC.  Sound for Fios and Streaming Apps comes through the Sound Bar perfectly.  I then have an optical out from the TV to a Bluetooth headset.  Strangely, even though all the sound from streaming apps on the TV can be heard through the headset, but not anything on Fios.

Can anyone offer me some help?

Thanks.

Vic

You may have to go into the menus on the Fios box and change your audio output. Look here first:Main Menu > Settings > Audio & Video > Audio > Audio Passthrough and set it to disable. If that doesn't help you have to get into the service menu and set the audio output to PCM.

So go through the menus until you get to audio output and change it to PCM. Hit OK, exit and reboot the box. Just be careful not to change anything else. Don't bother with the test instructions.
