My Fios voice remote works totally fine but every time I press a button on it, the tv thinks I am trying to pair a new remote. Usually I just hit dismiss and continue but now it’s really starting to bother me, I can’t change the channel without the pairing message popping up.
I’ve tried holding down the play/pause button and 0 button at the same time to pair (even though it’s already paired) and In the top right hand corner of the tv I get the 5 messages, the first 4 say that the pairing was successful then the last one says the setup failed. Ive tried resetting the remote setup and nothing seems to work. Help!

Sounds like the TV is trying to pair with the remote. Can you disable Bluetooth on the TV? The Fios One remote uses bluetooth to communicate with the box, so the TV is probably trying to pair every time it discovers the remote. The Fios remote can only use IR for communication to other devices except for the Fios One boxes, where it can use either.
