I've been having a problem authenticating my Verizon FIOS account through the AMC website for months. After logging into the Verizon site and redirected to the AMC site, the site doesn't and asks that I log into my account -- an infinite loop. Customer service has suggested that I reboot my computer, clear my browser cache, reboot my router, and change browsers. None of these actions have worked. I see from an earlier post that this is an issue that others are having, although no one has seem to have found a solution. Can anyone out there have an answer?
(I have also had the same issue authenticating with other networks like Comedy Central, but not with streaming live TV.)
Try logging out of your Verizon account first.
Then go to AMC site and validate that way.
