Audio out of sync on ABC only

The only show I watch on ABC is Lost, so I don't know if this happens at any other time of night.  But Lost, commercials, local news updates and everything else are badly out of sync on ABC.  It is up to 0.5 - 1 seconds off, which makes it very obvious when people speak.  If I switch to any other channel, they are all in sync, so the problem is not our TV or audio system.  This has been happening for weeks now.

Has anyone else seen this?  And found a way to solve it?  Or is my local station at fault (WPVI in Philly)?  I watch in HD, happens whether I'm watching a recorded episode or live TV.

I have seen it on other channels, too. I hit Pause and then Continue and the sound is back in sync.
