BeIN channel 598 SAP not working buts says is available

I got this option Spanish prefereed enable but is not working.

Menu -> Setting -> Language -> Audio Language -> Spanish Prefered 

Wondering if it works on anyone else? BeIN says when the games start that SAP is available. I don't think FIOS wants to enable it but not sure if it works for anyone else. 

I also tried other channels and for some the english is cut out but no spanish.

ANyone know how to fix or enable it.

That language setting is for the IMG language, it does not effect the language of the programs.

I don't know if there is a way to change the language of the program.  If there is, I haven't been able to find it.   beIN has a Spanish channel (1538) so I suspect the English language channel doesn't have the option to slect Spanish.

Thanks, the SAP works with other channels and on some it doesn't.

The BeIN spanish channel is in the spanish package for  an additional $$ . DirecTV allows you to us the SAP. My neighbor has it and it works great.

NOte that some channels support SAP only some of the time.  The rest of the time even if set you get the default language, in this case English.
