C & I Network HD

Does anyone know when C & I HD is going to be available the program guide used to show coming soon now it is no longer shown  VHO ID 3305 this along with a few other coming channels have disappeared from the program guide

I would also like to know. It seems as though many "Coming Soon" now has vanished and may be coming never. When the November guide had all these coming soon I figured the switch to Extreme was worth it. Still is, but the Guide data stinks and some may be upset about the bate and drop.
