CSN+ in Sussex County DE 19958

Verizon FIOS has added CSN+ to various areas in MD and VA but not in DE. We only have CSN and now it is hockey season and basketball season. Is there anyway to get CSN+ here in my little part if the world. We are avid Caps fans. By the way, I have talked to NHL Center Ice and they black out all Caps games thinking the rights are reserved by Comcast and Verizon FIOS. Nada on conflict nights. Help!!
