I live in Liverpool, NY... and I'm a FIOS TV customer. FIOS refuses to include an HD channel for my local CW affiliate. I've called my local CW affiliate in Syracuse (WSTQ ch.6), and they tell me that their HD feed of the CW network has been available for FIOS to put on the channel lineup for quite some time now. I've called FIOS asking why they refuse to carry CW programming in HD, and no one has an answer for me. Although I was not happy being a customer of your competitor, they were able to provide my local CW channel in HD from day one (and also the local programming... which is widescreen).
I'm pretty unhappy about this, and I'm contemplating a switch back to your competitor, solely due to the run-around I've been getting from Verizon. Is there an admin or other Verizon rep. who can get some answers on this, and keep a customer happy?
