Cable picture 'out'?

Hi.  Is anyone else experiencing a problem with their tv cable picture?  I have Verizon computer services fine and can get to cable with the audio intact and I can change channels, but the picture is mostly black with vague colors in the background.  Am I the only one, or is this a widespread 'outage'?  Thanks.

Hi Flaxy...sorry to hear your having tv trouble. Is this happening to all tv's in your house with Verizon service? Is it a  HD tv? If you would like...in a private message send me your account telephone number or billing number so we can access  your account and see what is going on.
