Caller ID on TV Screen

I have had Caller ID on my TV from the time I have been with FIOS,  However, out of the blue, it quit working.  I have done all the "help" has said to do, but it still doesn't work.  Had anyone else had this problem?

I am sorry to hear about the problems with the Caller ID on TV feature you have been having. I have re-synced all the boxes back up with our call server. Please try again. If you have further problems, disabled that feature on each box then re-enable it. If you still are having troubles after that, please send me a private message.
