My CNBC channel stopped working - gives me an upgrade offer. when I press B to upgrade, it tells me its part of my package. And it loops. I called customer service which essentially said CNBC will no longer be part of Custom TV - Sports and more. Is that true? What other channels changed? Verizon can change lineup without informing customers? Can I change my billing price without informing Verizon,,LOL.
