Channel Programming

For the past two-threee weeks, I cannot view all channels, on any desktop box. In order to see HBO Signature I must tune to the 900s, then go back to the 300s for Encore, the 900s for some of the Showtime channels. I have gotten one or two to work by reset, but the next time they are gone again.

Is the Tennis channel gone for good? It is one of the main reasons i got the bundle I did
