Channel outage in Boston area.

I have been unable to watch HD Channels 603 (MSNBC) 628 (HISTORY) 631 (VELOCITY) 680 (SYFY) for almost 10 days. What's going on ? All SD Channels are working. Anybody have an answer.

What error message are you getting?

Do you have more than 1 box? If so, does it happen on all of them?
