Channels Not Available

So I have an issue with a STB where all channels are not available.  I can access the DVR and On Demand with no issues.  It's just live TV.  Not sure what the  issue is.  I have unplugged the STB and reset it and it still is having an issue.

This is a HD STB that is using coax and not HDMI.

Anyone have this issue before?

Currently unavailable means that theres no signal going to the box. Are the other boxes in your house doing this? Check the coax connection that goes from the wall outlet to the back of the box. Unscrew both ends and leave unplugged for 1 minute. Make sure the pins on the cable are straight and is clean (no oxidation on it). Screw both back on.
