Channels in various packages

I would like to know why all of us with extreme HD don't get all the channels that prime get? For example, prime gets the hallmark movie channel and I pay more and don't get it. It seems like those who pay more would get all channels of prime and then our extra channels. Please explain.

Don't get me wrong I agree, but there have been many reasons. Like the providers regulate which content can be bundled with which. Like if we let you provide these you must remove these from the tier. Stuff like that. Yes it does stink. As an Extreme subscriber there are a few I would like.
